NEET MDS 2026: BOPEE Issues Roll Number List of J&K and Ladakh Candidates
If you appeared in NEET MDS 2026, here is something you should know. The J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE) has issued Notification No. 126 BOPEE of 2026, dated 29 July 2026, sharing the roll number wise list of candidates from J&K and Ladakh who took the exam.
What Has Happened
The National Board of Examinations (NBE), New Delhi declared the NEET MDS 2026 result on 2 June 2026. Following this, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare shared the result data for candidates belonging to the Union Territories of J&K and Ladakh with BOPEE.
BOPEE has now released this data as an annexure to the notification, listing the roll numbers of candidates it has on record as belonging to J&K or Ladakh.
Who This Applies To
This concerns you if you are a NEET MDS 2026 candidate from J&K or Ladakh, especially if you plan to take part in counselling for MDS seats in the UT.
What You Should Do
We know checking a printed list can feel confusing, so here is the simplest way to go about it. Head to the official BOPEE website, www.jkbopee.gov.in, and check whether your roll number appears in the list attached to this notification. The Board has made it clear that this is the only place to verify your status, so avoid relying on any other source.
If Your Roll Number Is Missing
This is the part that needs your attention. If you appeared in NEET MDS 2026 and genuinely belong to J&K or Ladakh, but your roll number does not show up in the list, you are not automatically out of the counselling process. You will simply need to establish your eligibility yourself.
For this, you will have to submit the following documents, either in person or through a representative:
- Your NEET MDS 2026 score card
- Domicile certificate
- Category certificate, if applicable
These need to be submitted at the BOPEE office in Jammu or Srinagar. The deadline for this is 3 August 2026, till 4:00 pm, so if this applies to you, do not leave it for the last moment.
What Comes Next
BOPEE has clarified that this notification is only about sharing the roll number list. A separate notification for online registration of eligible candidates will follow. Since counselling cannot move forward without this next step, it is worth staying alert for it.
Our Advice
Keep visiting the official BOPEE website regularly over the coming days, and keep your score card, domicile certificate, and category certificate ready in advance. Registration formalities tend to move quickly once announced, and having your documents in order will save you from last minute stress.
